1. Controller

2. What we collect and why

• Public blockchain data — wallet addresses and transaction hashes resulting from your interaction with the Protocol. Permanently public on-chain.
• Technical logs — IP, User-Agent, path, timestamp. 30-day retention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Error tracking (Sentry) — uncaught errors and masked session replay on errors (maskAllText is on). Default 90-day retention.
• Product analytics (PostHog) — anonymous page views and feature usage. Loaded only when the environment key is configured, and subject to consent where required.

We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Third-party processors

• RPC providers — receive your wallet address and transaction payload to relay requests to the blockchain.
• Sentry — error tracking.
• PostHog — product analytics.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF, consent preferences). Analytics cookies are loaded only after consent via the cookie banner; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email privacy@magneta.finance — we reply within 30 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in France: CNIL — cnil.fr).

On-chain data cannot be deleted from the blockchain — erasure requests only concern the off-chain data we hold.

6. Security

All traffic is HTTPS with HSTS. The Interface sets strict security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy) and rate-limits sensitive API endpoints. Secrets live in environment variables. Production databases are backed up daily with 14-day retention.

7. Changes

Material changes are announced on the Interface. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
